Krause Group Welcomes Holly Westervelt as Vice President of Sales

De Pere, Wisconsin – Krause Group, a leading provider of asset preservation solutions, resources, and education for long-term care, is pleased to announce the addition of Holly Westervelt, MBA, CLF, LUTCF, as the new Vice President of Sales. This newly created role aims to provide a fresh and innovative approach to the leadership of Krause Group’s expanding agency division, The Krause Agency.

Holly joins Krause Group with over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She previously held various sales and strategic project leadership roles at American Family Insurance. Holly holds a Chartered Leadership Fellow designation from The American College and a Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow designation from the National Association of Insurance Agents and Financial Advisors. She also holds an MBA and a BS in Management and Leadership from Capella University.

Holly’s deep knowledge of the insurance industry, combined with her extensive experience leading agents and sales managers, strategic planning, and execution, positions her to lead The Krause Agency. Her responsibilities will include:

  • Expanding distribution channels.
  • Forging strategic partnerships.

Motivated by her personal experiences with family members struggling to fund long-term care, Holly stated, “I am deeply committed to ensuring that the senior market has access to solutions that enable them to receive the care they need while protecting their assets. Throughout her career, Holly has been recognized for numerous achievements, including her team being among the top performers in life insurance sales and sales plan attainment. She also personally led various innovation projects, such as a large-scale implementation of Salesforce and spearheading state-wide new product launches. Her short-term goals at The Krause Agency include building and developing the team to optimize performance, while her long-term vision focuses on expanding distribution and product offerings to better serve the senior market.
